Any penalties, interest, or losses incurred due to client delays or IRS/state changes beyond our control.
Decisions made by the client without consulting our firm.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
7. Communication & Electronic Delivery
By engaging our services, you consent to receive communications electronically (via email, secure portals, or text messages).
You agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written correspondence.
